What is the status of your order?
Expect a confirmation email after a successful order. You will also receive an updated email when your order is in production. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The latest information about your order is always available via the receipt link in your email message. If you do not receive the status update email, please check if it has been forwarded to your Spam folder or Actions tab.
What if my order is defective, the size of product is wrong?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with evidence. We will send you a replacement immediately.
How long does it take to process an order?
Processing can take up to 3 working days from receipt of your order.
Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, we ship around the world. We ship to most countries through general international service. This means that shipping is fairly cheap, but depending on your country, it will take an average of 1-2 weeks to arrive (in addition to the standard 1-3 business day processing time).
We charge a rate of $4.99 for an order in the United States and around the world.
